Amritsar, 24 April (WISHAVWARTA) When the Congress government came, 50% reservation will be given to women in government jobs and MSP to farmers. Congress is fully committed for this. This was revealed by the Anuma Aacharya, Spokesperson Media and Communication Coordinator of Punjab Congress today during a press conference at the District Rural Congress Office. at this time Mr. Gurjit Aujla, the Congress candidate from Lok Sabha constituency Amritsar was also present with him.
He said that the Bharatiya Janata Party, which has been ruling the country for the past few years, is following the policy of divide and rule. The country is being divided in the name of religion. Today, China has penetrated within 2000 km in India, about which the Prime Minister of the country Mr. Narendra Modi is not worried. He said that as many attacks as Kargil, Sambha, Uri and Pulwama etc. took place during BJP, no such attack took place during Congress. Unemployment has increased so much that the youth are not getting employment, they are leaving the country and going to foreign countries. These issues are note discussing by bjp.
But in Congress govemrnmet, the youth will be given government jobs. 2000 per month to women and women will be allowed 50% reservation in jobs. MSP on crops to farmers will be given and there will be no tax on agriculture. Compensation for crop damage will be given in 30 days. 25 lakh insurance each and MGNREGA scheme will be implemented in cities as well.
About the promise of Congress to waive off loans and give mobile phones to the youth, Mr. Gurjit Aujla said that that promise was made by Captain Amarinder Singh during the Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections, the consequences of which have been borne by the Punjab Congress in 2022. This election is not for Punjab but for the entire country. He said that there is no need to think like this at present but it is necessary that the country should be given freedom from BJP. Parties often make such promises at the time of elections. BJP also promised to put 15 lakhs in the account of each and when asked by journalists, the big leader of the party, Mr. Amit Shah, also said that it was an election Jumla.
