One Day Special Camp at all Polling Booths of State on 7th June to map maximum voters: CEO Anindita Mitra
Chandigarh, June 6 (WISHAVWARTA);- As part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) being undertaken by the Election Commission of India in the state a special camp is being organized at all the 24453 polling booths of State on June 7, 2026.
Informing in this regard Chief Electoral officer, Punjab Mrs Anindita Mitra said that this one day special camp is being organised to accelerate the pace of pre-mapping. BLOs will be available at these camps from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to facilitate voter mapping.
Mrs. Mitra urged all the voters of the State to actively participate in this camp so that the PreSIR exercise will be smoothly executed.
