Bobby Deol begins filming for Ashram 4: Ek Aur aarambh …
Mumbai, Aug 22 (IANS/WISHAVWARTA) Bollywood actor Bobby Deol and the rest of the team of the popular web series, ‘Aashram’ commenced the shoot for the fourth season of the highly-awaited drama on Saturday.
Sharing the professional update with the netizens, makers Prakash Jha Productions took to their official handle on Instagram and uploaded a picture of a clapperboard with ‘Aashram 4’ written on it, placed in the place of worship, accompanied by the caption, “Ek Aur aarambh …Aashram ke naye adhyay mein aapka swagat hai. Japnaam (Folded hands emoji) Aashram 4 now filming ! (Fire and Clapper Board” emoji) (sic).”
As soon as the post was up, netizens expressed their excitement in the comment section.
Bobby will be seen reprising his role as Baba Nirala in the latest season of the show, expected to stream on MX Player, just like the previous seasons.
‘Aashram 4’ will also feature Aaditi Pohankar as Pammi, Chandan Roy Sanyal as Bhopa Swami, along with Darshan Kumar, Anupriya Goenka, Esha Gupta, Adhyayan Suman, and Tridha Choudhury returning in their characters from the earlier seasons.
Made under the direction of Prakash Jha, ‘Aashram’ shares the journey of Baba Nirala (Played by Bobby Deol), a self-proclaimed godman who manipulates politics, crime, and blind faith to build an empire full of dark secrets.
The primary season of the drama premiered on MX Player on Aug 28, 2020. This was followed by season two, which reached the audience on Nov 11, 2020. The third and latest season of ‘Aashram’ was out in June 2022.
Given the success of the previous seasons of ‘Aashram’, the expectation from the latest instalment of the drama is sky-high.
