Chandigarh/ Dubai, September 7 (WISHAVWARTA):- Eyeing robust investment by deepening Punjab-UAE economic engagement to unlock fresh avenues for investment, trade and business collaboration, Punjab Industries and Commerce Minister Mr. Aman Arora on Monday held a high-level meeting with Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman H.E. Mohamed Mosbeh Al Nuaimi on the sidelines of the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) in Dubai and showcased Punjab as an emerging global hub for manufacturing, food processing and renewable energy.
Inviting the investors from Ras Al Khaimah to tap into the vast opportunities in the state, Mr Aman Arora highlighted Punjab’s core strengths across manufacturing, food processing, agro-based industries, agriculture, renewable energy and other emerging sectors.
The Industries Minister said Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann led Punjab Government is committed to forging strong global partnerships, besides ensuring a seamless, investor-friendly environment backed by proactive policy support, institutional facilitation and government-to-government cooperation.
While exploring avenues for enhanced investment and economic cooperation between Punjab and Ras Al Khaimah, H.E. Al Nuaimi apprised the Punjab’s Cabinet Minister of emerging opportunities in Ras Al Khaimah for forging mutually beneficial partnerships between investors from Punjab and the UAE. The discussions centred on strengthening institutional and business-to-business partnerships and building a robust, investor-friendly ecosystem to accelerate investment flows from both sides.
