Jalandhar, July 6 (WISHAVWARTA):- The family of the Aam Aadmi Party (‘AAP’) is continuously growing. AAP once again got a big boost ahead of the Jalandhar West by-election. On Saturday, independent candidates Ajayveer Valmiki and Deepak Bhagat joined AAP along with hundreds of their supporters.
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann formally inducted both the leaders and their supporters into the party and welcomed them. CM Mann said that they will get full respect in the party. After joining the party, both the leaders said that they have decided to join the party after being impressed by the pro-people policies of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP.
In his statement, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that the people of Jalandhar west assembly constituency are with the Aam Aadmi Party. He said that the people of Jalandhar had elected the ‘AAP’ candidate during the 2022 assembly elections. That is why they are fully confident that this time also the people will send the ‘AAP’ candidate Mohinder Bhagat to the Vidhan Sabha.
He said that Mohinder Bhagat is an honest leader. After becoming an MLA, he will diligently develop Jalandhar West and complete all stalled works expeditiously.
