Two-day SIR special camp at all polling booths on July 11 and 12 for filling and submitting Enumeration Forms: CEO Anindita Mitra
Chandigarh, July 9 (WISHAVWARTA);- The House-to-House Enumeration phase of Special Intensive Revision(SIR) is currently underway across Punjab and will continue till 24th of July. To facilitate this process, a two-day special camp is being organized at all polling booths across the state on July 11 (Saturday) and July 12 (Sunday), 2026, from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM, allowing Electors to fill out and submit their enumeration forms.
Urging citizens to participate actively, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Punjab, Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, requested electors, “If you have not filled out your enumeration form yet, please contact your Booth Level Officer (BLO) immediately or visit your nearest polling booth during this special camp. Active public participation is vital to ensure that every eligible elector is included in the draft electoral roll to be published on 3rd August”
She further added that Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will be present at all designated polling booths to assist electors with the process.
