Speaker Awarded Bharat Vibhusan Samman to Distinguished & Renowned Personalities
Chandigarh 28 April 2026 (WISHAVWARTA);- Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker S Kultar Singh Sandhwan today awarded Bharat Vibhusan Samman 2026 in Punjab Vidhan Sabha to eminent and distinguished personalities related to different fields. Institute for Social Reforms and Higher Education Charitable Trust (ISRHE) has selected these renowned personalities for Bharat Vibhusan Samman 2026. In this function, Punjab Legislative Assembly Speaker S Kultar Singh Sandhwan was the chief guest.
