The accused, residents of Canada for three to five years with non-permanent resident status and originating from India, are facing charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Identified as Karan Brar (22), Kamalpreet Singh (22), and Karanpreet Singh (28), they were apprehended as part of an ongoing investigation.
