TiE Chandigarh Hosts TiECON Trail 2025: A Dynamic Prelude to North India’s Premier Entrepreneurship Summit
Chandigarh, January 31 (WISHAVWARTA):- TiE Chandigarh successfully hosted TiECON Trail 2025, a vibrant and engaging prelude to the much-anticipated TiECON Chandigarh 2025. The event, powered by GreyMarble Infra Private Limited (GMI), gathers entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and changemakers to engage in meaningful conversations about innovation, sustainable growth, and leadership.
The evening kicked off with a Welcome Address by Advait Upadhyay, Joint Secretary & Treasurer of Tie Chandigarh, who spoke about the growing role of entrepreneurship in shaping the regional and national economy.
The first panel discussion, “Thriving Local Stories Bringing Unstoppable Growth,” featured an impressive lineup of entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses from the ground up. Moderated by Kanika Raadjev, Founder of Mindcog, the panel included Soumyajit, CEO of SoftProdigy, Gourav Khanna, CEO of APPWRK, and Surender Vikram, Founder of VTNetzwelt. The panellists shared their experiences overcoming challenges, scaling their businesses, and adapting to market changes. They emphasized the importance of resilience, technology, and strong teams in driving business success.
The fireside chat on “Empowering Entrepreneurship Through Education” featured Anirudh Gupta, CEO of DCM Group of Institutions, who discussed how education can foster an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age. Amulya Shukla moderated the conversation, exploring how educational institutions can bridge the gap between academia and the real-world challenges entrepreneurs face, providing students with the right skills, knowledge, and mentorship to succeed.
A standout moment of the evening was the fireside chat “One Man, Many Dreams – The Story of Satyan Bhatia,” where Satyan Bhatia, Founder of International Marketing Corporation, shared his journey of building a business from scratch and remaining competitive in a dynamic market. Ritika Singh, CEO & Founder of Kontent Factory, moderated the discussion, which inspired many in the audience with its focus on perseverance, vision, and creating impact beyond financial success.
The event also included an engaging discussion between RJ Geet and Mohit Bansal (GMI) about the evolving role of business leaders today. They explored the importance of mentorship, collaboration, and adapting leadership approaches to foster innovation in an ever-changing business environment.

The second panel, “Nurturing to Build a Strong Foundation,” featured Brahm Alreja, Founder of Innovative Incentives & Rewards Pvt. Ltd., along with Shailendra Tyagi, Director of STPI, Alok Ramsisaria, CEO of Grazitti Interactive, Rajeev Rai, Founder of Bebo Technologies, and Munish Jauhar, Founder/CEO of GrayCell Technologies. The discussion focused on how businesses can scale sustainably, balancing innovation with operational efficiency, and addressing the challenges of digital transformation. The panellists emphasized the need for mentorship, structured growth strategies, and investing in human capital to build long-term business success.
The evening also honoured Komal Kumar Jain, Chairman of Duke Fashions India Limited, as the Guest of Honour for his remarkable contributions to the business community. His leadership and achievements served as an inspiration for all attendees.
As the evening concluded, Satish Kumar Arora, President of TiE Chandigarh, and Puneet Verma, Vice President of TiE Chandigarh, unveiled the much-anticipated TiECON Chandigarh 2025.
