He said that now these youth have become integral part of the government adding that now should serve the people with missionary zeal.

The Chief Minister further called upon the youth to be grass rooters instead of parachuters to excel in lives. He said that the grass-rooters are those who arise from the ground to conquer the entire world adding that for these hard-workers only the sky is limit. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that, whereas the parachuters come directly from sky and are doomed to fall on ground later or sooner.

The Chief Minister said that the state government fills all the posts as soon as they are vacant in the department. He said that a foolproof mechanism has been adopted for the entire recruitment process due to which not even a single appointment out of these nearly 50,000 jobs have been challenged so far in any court. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that it is a proud moment for the government of Punjab that these youth have been given government jobs completely on the basis of merit.

Similarly, he said that Captain Amarinder Singh and his family has a dubious track record of deceiving Punjab by standing by every force inimical to state whether they were Mughals, Britishers or now BJP. Likewise, Bhagwant Singh Mann said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was a master of phraseology who can connect himself with anything or place as per his whims and fancies.
