New Delhi, 26th October, 2024 (WISHAVWARTA):- Jyotishpeethadhiswar Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati Maharaj visited the Delhi residence of Member of Parliament Raghav Chadha & his wife- Actress Parineeti Chopra, during his stay in Delhi on Saturday and blessed the entire Chadha family. During his stay, Jagadguru Shankaracharya ji gave the benefit of his darshan to the entire family and gave them Pearls of wisdom and knowledge.
MP Raghav Chadha shared his thoughts on social media and wrote, “We are so fortunate…. God himself has come to my home. Today we are overwhelmed, today the doors of our fortune have opened, we are all blessed. The auspicious arrival of the religious saint, the supreme representative of Sanatan Dharma, the most revered Shankaracharya Shri Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati ji of Joshimath, took place at our house today. Every corner of my house has become holy with the dust of his holy feet. Our family sat in the presence of Shri Shankaracharya ji and took his blessings and prasad. There can be no greater fortune for a Sanatani than this.”
MP Raghav Chadha said that this is for the first time after marriage he has got the privilege of seeing Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati Maharaj. His wife Parineeti Chopra is also elated with joy to see Jagadguru Shankaracharya ji.
Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati Maharaj visited the Pandara Road residence of Raghav & Parineeti in New Delhi during his religious stay in the capital and spent time with the family. After Jagadguru Shankaracharya ji reached his residence, all the members of the family welcomed him in a traditional way by doing aarti and garlanding him with flowers. In a very religious atmosphere, all the members of the family worshiped his Padukas. His parents and his wife Parineeti Chopra were also present on this occasion. Jagadguru blessed the newlyweds.
According to beliefs in Hinduism, touching the feet of Jagadguru Shankaracharya is strictly prohibited. Therefore, his Padukas are accordingly worshipped.
According to MP Raghav Chadha, “this was a very memorable moment for his family and he is very fortunate that he got a chance to seek blessings from him. He and his entire family were overwhelmed with devotion after seeing Jagadguru Shankaracharya ji and learned the true essence of religion from the grace of Guruji.”
After meeting Guruji, Raghav Chadha said, “I express my gratitude for being blessed by Pujya Shankaracharya ji. I humbly express my gratitude to the Almighty, by whose grace this sacred moment has come in my life. He termed this occasion the fate of previous life, call it the result of karma or God’s grace but today we are very happy, joyful and delighted.”
MP’s wife and renowned Bollywood Actress Parineeti Chopra also called it her good fortune after receiving Shankaracharya’s blessings and said, “this is the grace of God himself, that he sent his blessings for our family. We never thought that Param Pujya Shankaracharya ji would grace our home with his auspicious presence to bless us.”
